06.01.2006: HUMMER-TEST OR HOW DURABLE YOUR EQUIPMENT IS?
At the beginning of this year, LaZer Runner made public some very interesting video showing a Hummer truck running against the lasertag vest (the file is available for download at their web page). Actually, for the first time that video called Hummer-Test was shown at the IAAPA trade show in Atlanta in autumn, 2005. Being inspired by the Hummer-video by LaZer Runner, our representative to IAAPA decided to make some kind of brief investigation: he asked every indoor lasertag manufacturer at the exhibition to prove the durability of the equipment. Unfortunately, at that time no Hummer truck was available for that purpose, so to prove the durability the representatives of the respective manufacturers were suggested simply to step on their equipment. 09.11.2005: R/C LASER TAG SHOCKING TANK

Tired of listening to the gabbling marketing dweebs down the hall? Fed up with your micro-managing incompetent boss? Have co-workers that are smarter than you? Challenge them all to a game of RC shocking laser tag, beat them, and then become the office legend you've always wanted to be. How does this ultimately sadistic office gadget work? Simple. Each set comes with two R/C controllers and two tanks on different radio frequencies. Simply turn them on and try to shoot your opponents tank with your infra-red cannon. The tanks move forwards, backwards left and right just like any other tank. Each time you successfully hit your opponents tank, they will receive a shock from their controller. Winning a match requires five successive hits to your opponents tank. LEDs built into the tanks indicate the score. Handy wrist straps are built into each controller so that when you shock your boss and he freaks out and drops his controller, it won't hit the floor! Read more »
