1. General provisions
1.1. TRUTNEE.COM (TRUTNEE; hereinafter the "Portal") is a private independent web project supported by interested individuals, organizations, and online resources.
1.2. The goal of the project is comprehensive support for and promotion of the laser tag industry (cybersport / laser combat) in the CIS, Europe, Africa, and worldwide.
2. Advertising
2.1. Support and promotion of websites, organizations, associations, and any lawful laser tag activity is provided by the Portal on a voluntary and, as a rule, free-of-charge basis. If a manufacturer wishes, we can place advertising materials on a paid basis. Contact the Portal administration for placement terms and pricing.
2.2. Adding addresses of relevant websites to the appropriate link catalogue(s) on the Portal is free of charge and without any reciprocal requirements to their owners (administrators).
2.3. The Portal publishes free of charge any laser tag materials it considers valuable and interesting to the audience, including those that may also be regarded as (covert) advertising.
2.4. The Portal administration reserves the right to refuse publication of any materials (advertising) without giving reasons.
3. Copyright and related rights
3.1. As the Portal is a non-commercial resource whose purpose is to promote cybersport (laser tag), it is assumed by default that publishing materials taken from open sources on similar topics for that purpose does not require prior notification of the author(s), provided that authorship and the original source are credited.
3.2. Primary materials used to build the Portal's content are selected from publicly available (open) sources and are therefore treated as common property; to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Portal administration disclaims responsibility for their use. If officially confirmed copyright to source materials used in this collection is asserted, third-party rights will be respected through a mutually acceptable arrangement in line with the rights holders' wishes and the administration's capabilities.
3.3. If an author expressly warns that their materials may not be used without prior consent, such consent must be obtained before publication. If consent is not granted, the materials are not published.
3.4. The Portal is not a commercial project; to the extent permitted by law, its administration disclaims any obligation to make donations or monetary payments and likewise does not require such actions from users.
3.5. Copyright and related-rights legislation applies in full to the Portal's content, concept, and design.
3.6. To the extent permitted by law, the Portal disclaims responsibility for third-party materials published on it; such materials remain the property of their author(s), their accuracy cannot be guaranteed by the Portal, and the Portal's official position may differ from that of the author(s).
3.7. For any of the matters above, please contact the site administration via TRUTNEE.COM (note: this mailbox is protected by an automated anti-spam filter; bulk mail and messages classified as spam by formal criteria may be deleted automatically without being read).
4. Reprinting (further use) of Portal materials
4.1. Any website or other media may reprint (use) any materials published by the Portal to promote laser tag in the CIS, Europe, Africa, and worldwide without prior written approval from the Portal administration, provided a mandatory link (hyperlink) to the original source — TRUTNEE.COM — is included. An exception applies to materials whose author(s) expressly prohibit use anywhere other than on the Portal; in that case a special notice is placed on the page and reprinting by third parties is prohibited.
4.2. General principles for further (derivative) use of Portal materials correspond to the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported Creative Commons licence, with all applicable restrictions and reservations.
5. Postal and electronic correspondence. Registered user database
5.1. The Portal administration expressly disclaims any obligation to reply to all letters (postal or electronic) sent to it.
5.2. Any demand to disclose (transfer to third parties) information about registered Portal users is regarded by the administration as unethical and without legal force, and will not be fulfilled.
