Before a meeting: give every stand the same brief

Write down your venue format, usable floor area, audience age, players per session, and planned timetable. Ask two vendors to quote the same configuration: play kits, spares, charging, software, licenses, installation, training, and service. A tagger or headset unit price is not the cost of opening.

At the stand: what to see live

• Starting and stopping a group game, recovery after a connection loss, and exporting statistics.
• Player turnover time, VR equipment hygiene, and the instructor's role.
• Written warranty, repair, spare-parts, and content-update terms.
• System limits: supported models, game rights, network, and room requirements.
