These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern access to and use of the TRUTNEE portal (trutnee.com, trutnee.ru; the Site).
TRUTNEE is an independent industry information project. The Site administration is not a seller of laser tag equipment and is not a party to transactions between users and manufacturers.
1. Acceptance
By using the Site, registering an account, submitting forms or posting comments, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Services
The Site provides reference content, manufacturer and arena directories, educational materials, news and entrepreneur tools (including B2B inquiries and equipment recommendations). Content is informational and does not constitute a binding commercial offer.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate registration data, keep credentials secure and not share access with third parties. We may suspend or delete accounts for violations, abuse or legal requests.
4. B2B inquiries
Equipment recommendations and manufacturer contact requests are moderated. TRUTNEE forwards contact details to manufacturers after review but does not guarantee a contract, pricing, delivery timelines or product quality.
5. User content
By publishing comments or other materials you confirm you have the right to do so and grant the administration a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Site. Harassment, spam, unlawful content and misleading advertising are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
Site texts, design, the TRUTNEE brand and database structure are protected by law. Reuse is permitted only with attribution unless otherwise agreed with the administration.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, decisions based on Site content, third-party actions or temporary unavailability.
